Cancellation Policy – Ros’ Mirage Oasis Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both your time and mine, please review the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings. • If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, depending on the service and schedule, and a fee may still apply. I understand that life happens! If you are feeling unwell or have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible — communication is key.
